United States Sixth Circuit

Cam I, Inc. v. Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government, 03-6620

Denial of plaintiff's motion to alter, amend, or vacate an order which modified a prior preliminary injunction, which enjoined defendant-county from enforcing an adult entertainment ordinance in its entirety, is affirmed where it was proper to sever of the ordinance's licensing provisions from the remainder, thus permitting defendant to enforce zoning and construction provisions of the ordinance.
