United States Sixth Circuit

In a dispute between plaintiff-law school and the American Bar Association (ABA) involving the ABA's refusal to accredit two satellite programs of the school and its sanctioning of the school, judgment for defendants is affirmed where the ABA afforded the law school all due process in making its rulings.
