United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Davis, 05-6259

A sentence for escaping from a community corrections center is affirmed where the district court's reference to a reasonableness standard did not render defendant's sentence unreasonable, and the district court adequately considered each of the 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a) factors in imposing an ultimately reasonable sentence.
