In a suit against a state and several of its mental-health professionals alleging various constitutional violations arising out of plaintiff's being forcibly medicated, denial of a doctor's motion for summary judgment on the basis of qualified immunity is reversed where the doctor did not violate a constitutional right of defendant's that was clearly established.
