Nat'l Labor Relations Bd. v. Precision Indoor Comfort, Inc., 05-1783

A petition for enforcement of an order finding that respondent violated the National Labor Relations Act by refusing to bargain with a union following a certification election is granted over an employer's claims that pro-union employees and a union representative threatened an employee who was to vote in the election, and that the NLRB erred in failing to conduct an evidentiary hearing on respondent's objections.
