Frontier Ins. Co. v. Blaty, 04-1043/1686

A judgment and award of damages against defendants in a suit brought by plaintiff, the estate of a child, against a private foster care agency under a contract with a state and its employee is affirmed over an insurer's claims of error regarding: 1) entry of default; 2) denial of a "limited appearance"; 3) denial of a Rule 60(b) motion; and 4) plaintiff's claim regarding the amount of damages awarded.
