Poindexter v. Mitchell, 01-3250/3300
In a death penalty case, grant of habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. section 2254 on the grounds that petitioner received constitutionally ineffective assistance of counsel during the guilt and penalty phases of his capital trial is reversed in part as to a finding that petitioner was deprived of his right to counsel during the guilt phase.
