United States Sixth Circuit

In a case brought by a private police officer against his employer and individuals alleging sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII and additional federal claims, grant of defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings is affirmed over claims that: 1) plaintiff's claim was covered under the sex stereotyping theory of liability embraced by the Supreme Court, and 2) a recent opinion made plaintiff's same-sex harassment claim viable.
