Summary judgment for defendant-state agency on an employee's claims of sex discrimination, hostile-work-environment sexual harassment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII is reversed and remanded where the district court erred in excluding evidence of certain acts as barred by plaintiff's failure to exhaust administrative remedies, and erred in granting summary judgment on the hostile work environment and retaliation claims.
