United States Sixth Circuit

A sentence for conspiring to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine is affirmed over a claim that, at defendant's second sentencing hearing following a Booker remand, the district court erred in failing to consider defendant's successful efforts at rehabilitation during almost three years that he was incarcerated prior to resentencing, including a period that followed an original sentencing order.
