Thomas v. Cohen, 05-5072
Summary judgment for defendants-police officers in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case involving allegations that plaintiffs' rights were violated when defendants evicted them from a transitional homeless shelter is affirmed where the district court properly concluded that, under Kentucky law, the plaintiffs lacked a protected property interest in the premises.
