United States Sixth Circuit

Summary judgment for defendants-sheriff's deputies, who allegedly used excessive force in violation of 42 U.S.C. sections 1983 and 1985, and state law when they arrested plaintiff and unlawfully entered and searched her home to arrest her is reversed in part as to the excessive force claim because plaintiff provided sufficient evidence of a violation of a clearly established right.
