United States Sixth Circuit

In a case involving charges of racial discrimination, racial and retaliatory harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII, a district court's rulings on economic damages and attorney's fees are reversed, and its denial of defendant's Rule 50 motion and its rejection of defendant's objection to a retaliatory harassment instruction are affirmed.
