United States Sixth Circuit

Tanner v. County of Lenawee, 05-1107

Summary judgment for defendants in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case arising from injuries sustained by plaintiffs involving a domestic dispute is affirmed where no individual officers violated plaintiffs' constitutional rights, and for that reason as well, claims against a county failed as a matter of law.
