Adair v. Charter County of Wayne, 04-2457

Summary judgment for defendants in a suit brought by certain airport officers under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) seeking overtime compensation for all hours not on duty but during which they carried required pagers and alleging retaliation is affirmed where plaintiffs were not entitled to overtime pay under the FLSA, and defendants' actions did not constitute retaliation.
