United States Sixth Circuit

A sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm and drug-related offenses is affirmed where: 1) defendant received sufficient notice of specific grounds for an upward departure; 2) the sentence was reasonable; and 3) any error in considering one of defendant's prior arrests when imposing sentence did not require reversal because such error was not plain and did not affect defendant's substantial rights.
