Dismissal of plaintiff's civil rights action against officials of a correctional institution is reversed in part with respect to the dismissal of a claim against one defendant where the district court erroneously concluded that plaintiff failed to satisfy the Prison Litigation Reform Act-s (PLRA) administrative exhaustion requirement.
