Smith v. Continental Cas. Co., 05-5655

In an ERISA denial of benefits case, a judgment for defendants upholding a decision of plaintiff's plan administrator which denied her claim for short term disability benefits is vacated where the process the plan administrator used in making plaintiff's disability determination rendered a decision that was arbitrary and capricious.
