In a condemnation proceeding, a jury verdict determining the value of two parcels of land owned by defendant is affirmed over its claims that the district court erred in: 1) limiting the theories that the jury could consider when calculating its compensation award; and 2) looking to the Declaration of Taking Act in fixing the appropriate interest rate on the deficiency.
