Spencer v. Bouchard, 05-2562

Summary judgment for defendants, officials within a sheriff's office, on civil rights claims brought by a prisoner under the First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments is reversed in part where plaintiff offered sufficient evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact with respect to his Eighth Amendment inadequate-shelter claim against particular defendants.
