An order remanding and dismissing an action alleging violation of Ohio's Alcohol Beverage Franchise Act (ABFA) arising from defendant-alcohol distributor's termination of franchise relationships with plaintiffs is reversed where remanding the case based on Thibodaux abstention was inappropriate.
