A termination of payment of child's Supplemental Security Income benefits to plaintiff's son is affirmed over claims that: 1) a district court erred in declining to compel consideration of new evidence of the son's medical condition; 2) the decision to terminate benefits was impermissibly based in part upon an invalid waiver of the right to a hearing; and 3) a benefit determination was not supported by substantial evidence.
