Danner v. Motley, 04-5363

Denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus from a conviction and sentence for first degree sodomy and rape is affirmed over petitioner's claims that: 1) the trial court erred in granting a motion for the minor rape victim to testify via closed circuit television; and 2) such testimony violated the defendant's constitutional rights under the Confrontation Clause.
