In an action brought by a fifty-four year old applicant for employment as a police officer after he had received a conditional offer which was later revoked by defendant because plaintiff was over thirty-five years old, summary judgment for defendant-municipality on age discrimination claims and dismissal of contract claims is affirmed where plaintiff failed to demonstrate a prima facie case of age discrimination and his remaining claims lacked merit.
