Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging a conviction and death sentence is affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant's jury waiver was invalid because he was incompetent at the time it was made and the trial court did not engage him in an adequate colloquy; and 2) that the trial court should have found him incompetent during his trial.
