Causey v. City of Bay City, 05-1142

Denial of defendants-police officers' motion for summary judgment on qualified immunity grounds in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging violations of plaintiffs' Fourth Amendment rights when defendants, without a warrant, entered and searched plaintiffs' backyard and residence is reversed where exigent circumstances justified the entries.
