Denial of a motion for a preliminary injunction brought by plaintiffs, individuals involved in a clinical drug trial sponsored by defendant-drug manufacturer, to require defendant to provide them with certain drug treatment is affirmed where there was no abuse of discretion in the district court's analysis of the factors for an injunction.
