US v. Chambers, 02-5865

Defendant's conviction for transportation of child pornography via computer, transportation of a minor across state lines for the purpose of criminal sexual activity, and related offenses is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) denial of a motion for new counsel; 2) waiver of defendant's right to testify on his own behalf; 3) sufficiency of the evidence; and 4) admission of evidence. His sentence is vacated pursuant to a Booker claim.
