Broom v. Mitchell, 03-4370

Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenging an aggravated murder conviction and death sentence is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) Brady violation; 2) admission of other acts testimony; 3) ineffective assistance of counsel; 4) prosecutorial misconduct; 5) denial of a continuance; and 6) denial of suppression of a "show-up" identification.
