Genord v. Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan, 04-2486

Denial of a motion to dismiss brought by defendant, health care corporation, as to a claim it had fraudulently denied plaintiffs-gynecologists' claims in violation of RICO is affirmed where defendant's claim that plaintiffs' action was "reverse preempted" by state law in accordance with the McCarran-Ferguson Act failed.
