US v. Matthews, 04-6398

Defendant's conviction for drug and firearms offenses is affirmed over claims of error relating to the admission of evidence of prior uncharged drug sales and the instructions to the jury regarding the prior drug sale evidence. However, defendant's sentence is vacated per Booker.
