Silberstein v. City of Dayton, 05-3630

An order denying summary judgment to defendants, civil service board members for a municipality, on claims brought under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging wrongful termination in violation of plaintiff's First and Fourteenth Amendment rights is reversed as to denial of qualified immunity on the First Amendment claim.
