Mitchell v. Boelcke, 04-2219

Denial of plaintiffs' motion for a new trial following a jury verdict for defendants in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action is reversed in part where the district court erred in denying a plaintiff's motion for a new trial on his claim of detention without reasonable suspicion.
