United States Sixth Circuit
Brunner v. Hampson, 05-3123, 05-3191
Dismissal of a Canadian defendant for lack of personal jurisdiction in a suit arising from an explosion and fire in a hunting cabin in northern Canada is affirmed where the connection between defendant's contacts with Ohio and the injuries that gave rise to the complaints was too tenuous to sustain personal jurisdiction against defendant.
