United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Wilson, 04-6479
A government motion to dismiss an appeal on the ground that defendant had waived his right to appeal is granted where, although some of the terms of the plea agreement were explained to defendant by the prosecutor rather than the judge, there was no procedural violation; further, even had such violation occurred, it was harmless error.
