Planned Parenthood Cincinnati Region v. Taft, 04-4371

Grant of a preliminary injunction preventing enforcement of an Ohio statute which prohibits the off-label use of an abortion drug is vacated and remanded for consideration of the scope of injunctive relief where the district court's holding that a health or life exception requirement is a per se rule was erroneous.
