Defendants' convictions for bank fraud, money laundering and related offenses are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a multiplicity claim; 2) denial of a suppression motion; 3) grant of a motion in limine; 4) admission of evidence; 5) prosecutorial misconduct; 6) admission of expert testimony; and 7) sufficiency of the evidence, and defendants' sentences are vacated pursuant to Booker error.
