US v. Katzopoulos, 04-6501

Defendant's sentence pursuant to a plea to mail fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud involving an internet auction scheme is affirmed over his claims of error regarding erroneous sentence enhancements: 1) in violation of the Confrontation Clause, 2) in violation of Booker, and 3) in finding sentence enhancements proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
