Dismissal of plaintiff's claims for life insurance benefits and statutory penalties under ERISA is affirmed where plaintiff sought payment on a policy that defendant-insurer could not have issued under applicable state law, plaintiff's claim was time-barred, and plaintiff lacked standing to claim that defendants failed to produce requested documents.
