United States Sixth Circuit

US v. VanHoose, 05-3290

Revocation of defendant's supervised-release term and sentence for violations of several supervised-release conditions is affirmed over his claims that: 1) the district court violated the Ex Post Facto Clause by sentencing him under a certain statutory provision, and 2) an imposition of a maximum postrevocation prison term foreclosed the possibility of a new term of supervised release.
