Summary judgment for defendant-municipality in an action under the Americans with Disabilities Act brought by a former police officer is reversed where the district court erred in finding that, as a matter of law, officials did not regard and did not refuse to employ plaintiff as a firearms instructor because they regarded him as disabled.
