US v. Coffee, 04-1758

Defendant's convictions for possession with intent to distribute marijuana and cocaine base, and for being a felon in possession of a firearm are affirmed over his claims of error regarding denial of a motion to suppress of evidence and sufficiency of the evidence, and his sentences are vacated pursuant to a Booker challenge.
