Dismissal of plaintiff's claims for breach of trust, shareholder oppression, and fraud claims is affirmed regarding challenged business transactions involving defendants, a family-owned business, a trust company, and plaintiff's siblings, where dismissal was proper on grounds of collateral estoppel or for failure to plead with sufficient particularity.
