Kottmyer v. Maas, 05-3033
Order denying plaintiffs'-parents motion for leave to amend their complaint and granting defendants' motions to dismiss in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 civil rights case against defendants, a hospital, social workers, and a county, is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to state a claim and there was no error in denying leave to amend.
