Defendant's conviction for traveling in interstate commerce with intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor female is vacated where the district court violated defendant's Fifth Amendment rights under the Double Jeopardy Clause by allowing a conviction for a lesser included offense to stand in addition to his other conviction.
