United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Buckingham, 05-5014
A conviction and sentence for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon is vacated where the district court erred in denying suppression of a contested search without addressing defendant's argument that the search could not be premised on his initial, oral consent because he withdrew that consent.
