Hensley v. City of Columbus, 02-3778

Judgment for defendant in a federal takings claim arising from dewatering activities conducted by defendant-municipality is reversed pursuant to the Ohio Supreme Court's holding that homeowners have a property interest in the groundwater underlying their land.
