US v. Tran, 04-1801

Defendant's conviction for aiding and abetting another to commit arson is affirmed over defendant's claims of error regarding the denials of motions for judgment of acquittal, to sever counts, and to suppress evidence. Defendant's sentence is vacated pursuant to her claim of Booker error.
