United States Sixth Circuit

Secura Insurance v. Stainless Sales, Inc., 04-2000

Denial of declaratory judgment and a finding that the defendant was covered under plaintiff's commercial general liability insurance policy is affirmed where plaintiff's argument that defendant's claim of coverage for losses arising out of a train derailment fell under a "products completed operations hazard" exclusion was meritless.
