Walburn v. Lockheed Martin Corp., 04-3458

Dismissal of plaintiff's qui tam action under the False Claims Act regarding alleged falsification of employee radiation dosage readings by his employer is affirmed where plaintiff's suit is statutorily barred since he failed to report his allegations of fraud to the government before filing an earlier suit.
